Ibis Tek is in the process of migrating to a new email system. If you log in to the new system and receive a message such as "Outlook Web Access could not find a mailbox", you'll have to continue using the old system until your account is transferred.

New system login procedure:

The user name for the new system is the same as your Windows username -- first initial, a dot, and last name.

For instance, Ryan Erdlen would log in as r.erdlen.

Old system login procedure:

The user name for the old system is simply your first initial followed by your last name.

For instance, Ryan Erdlen would log in as rerdlen.
