Protection
Ibis Tek's Transparent Armor is battlefield proven in protecting war fighters and vehicle occupants. We offer a full range of multiple ballistic, blast, fragment and IED protection levels. Our Transparent Armor designs are tested and certified to a wide array of U.S. & Allied Military Specifications to include: TACOM, NATO, STANAG, DIN, UL, NIJ and other requirements.
Technology
Ibis Tek utilizes traditional and state-of-the-art materials and manufacturing techniques to design our Transparent Armor. We maintain a fully equipped laboratory, analytical equipment, prototype shop and ballistic ranges. We work extensively with government, laboratories, universities, industry and independent test labs to develop and modify our formulas.
Optics
Ibis Tek designs, tests and certifies our Transparent Armor to offer the highest visible light and night vision transmittance. With our high-tech equipment, we design and verify optimal visible and IR transmittance throughout the development process.
Environmental Performance
Ibis Tek's Transparent Armor exceeds the most severe operating environmental parameters. All products are tested to High & Low Temperature, Humidity, Salt Fog, Temperature Shock, Sun (UV) Exposure, Abrasion Resistance, Chemical Exposure and Cleaning Spray.
Interior/Exterior Surface
Ibis Tek utilizes a high-tech, hardened polymer on the interior (protected) side of our Transparent Armor. This High-Tech polymer is superior in containing spall from ballistic, blast and fragments while providing advanced hardness, scratch and chemical resistance that allows the window to be cleaned with virtually any cleaner or chemical.
Delamination Protection
Ibis Tek applies a confidential laminate edge treatment to our Transparent Armor that provides advanced protection against delamination. This proven technology significantly increases service life performance and allows us to offer an unmatched warranty.
Frames and Assembly
Ibis Tek can collaborate with your Engineers to design a frame and window assembly that maximizes ease-of-installation and exceeds all requirements. We can manufacture frames using a variety of materials including carbon steel, aluminum and ballistic steel. Our automated/robotic assembly line ensures the highest quality window assembly available at the most economical costs.

Ibis Tek is ISO 9000:2001 (with design) Certified. We certify all suppliers, inspect and verify all incoming materials, perform QC checks at all critical manufacturing stages, and execute extensive 100% final inspection of all products.
