Able to change jobs at a moments notice due to production demands.

Must be able to do high quality work at an accelerated pace. Most is production work that has due dates so doing the job correctly the first time is crucial.

Able to read a harness/board drawing . Experience with this is a plus. Must be able to interpret notes and various manufacturing requirements specific to a product.

Strong  organizational skills. Must be able to keep  multiple parts for a job in order.

Able to work within a small group and communicate clearly with teammates and quality/engineering personnel.

Job may require you to do the same operation multiple times. Being able to do a task hundreds of times correctly is a must.

Basic mechanical skill also needed occasionally for electrical assemblies.

Must be able to crimp various types of terminals. Hands on training is available.

Must be able to solder wire and terminals as well as through hole and SMT applications.

Knowledge of circuit board making is a plus. Hands on training is available.

IPC 610 / 620 & J-STD 001 training or knowledge is a plus. This training will be provided once job competency is proven.

  • Coordinate production planning and inventory with Production Control, and other members of management.

    Minimum Experience: 3 years’ experience in production/manufacturing environments, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities, which must include role(s) of at least Lead-level responsibility.

    Preferred Qualifications include:

  • 4-year degree in relevant field preferred

  • At least one year in Lead or Supervisory roles Candidates with experience most closely matching or exceeding this preferred qualification will be given priority.
