Summary:
Ibis Tek has an immediate full time need for a helpdesk technician. This position will cover our Route 8 location and our Saxonburg location.

Assist IT with day to day tactical and hands-on helpdesk duties.  Setup new equipment for new hires and train on IT policies, answer and respond to helpdesk emails, manage printers and maintain assets.
